Having lived in North Carolina for most of her life, Annalies was drawn to Charlotte after graduating from North Carolina State University. She has lived in Mecklenburg county for almost 20 years and has come to appreciate the area's diversity, culture, arts, and entertainment, which makes it a great place to call home.
As a mother of two children, Annalies is quite familiar with the Charlotte Mecklenburg school system and serves on the PTA of her children's elementary school. She volunteers on a regular basis at the school, and also serves on the board of her neighborhood HOA.
Annalies' career began as a landscape architect after graduating from the School of Design at NCSU. She is a licensed landscape architect in NC specializing in residential design. She can offer her design expertise in helping you prepare your home for sale or for buyers who are looking for a "diamond in the rough." She has always had a passion for architecture and helping others and becoming a real estate professional fits well into her future career plans.
